Licensed Real Estate Broker David Germain began his real estate career in 2013 with Rapid Realty. While with Rapid, David was awarded the “2013 Rising Star Award” for his work ethic and closings.
During his career at Rapid, David has marketed and procured over $50,000,000.00 in residential and commercial real estate transactions. David had the vision to expand beyond facilitating traditional rentals, sales, and lease transactions and provide a complete range of sales, leasing, consulting, development, and management services with a large portfolio of property listings and clients throughout New York State.

David O. Lovelace is a native of New York City, growing up in the Bronx and attending High School at Washington Irving. After graduating college with a B.A. in 2006 from SUNY Purchase, David continued working in security/ loss prevention until changing careers in 2011. He chose to build his professional experience in Real Estate, receiving his brokers license in 2015 and his real estate instructors license in 2017.
To date David has successfully completed both standard and short sale real estate transactions, while also facilitating volumes of commercial and residential leasing. His career as an agent has grossed over 40 million dollars in real estate deals. Currently he works as a property manager and inspector when he's not teaching.
