David LoveLace

David O. Lovelace is an NYC native, growing up in the Bronx. In 2011 he chose to build his proffessional experience in Real Estate, receiving his brokers license in 2015 and his real estate instructors license in 2017. To date David has successfully completed both standard and short sale real estate transactions while also facilitating volumes of commercial and residential leasing. His career as an agent has grossed over 40 million dollars in real estate deals. Currently he works as a property manager and inspector when he's not teaching real estate to aspiring agents.

Felicia E. Smith

Felicia's growth in the real estate industry and her involvement as a mentor and tutor at two alternative high schools in Brooklyn led her to career as a real estate instructor for the past 13years. Felicia earned her state instructors licensed in 2013 and shortly after returned to school to earn a Masters of Professionals Studies in Education Leadership from Hodges University. Apart from real estate sales and instruction, Felicia mentors and instructs young fathers of the CUNY Fatherhood Academy TASC/GED program at Kingsborough Community College. Felicia enjoys having fun but works very hard to meet her goals as she is dedicated to improving the life of herself and the greater community that she serves with her educational and philanthropic endeavors.

Tabitha Kennedy

For the last 7 years Tabitha Kennedy has been skilled as a Real Estate Sales Agent who specializes in Government grants and program deals. She currently resides in Brooklyn New York with her 16 year old daughter Shariya. To date, she has closed millions of dollars in residential sales, Government grants, subsidized apartment deals, cash rentals and leasing commercial spaces.


Tabitha has been involved in Real Estate transactions for the last 17 years. At the age 18, she bought her first multi-family investment property, which she managed through her family owned Property Management company, Kennedy 11 Inc. Additionally, Tabitha is a Real-Estate instructor who believes in engaging her students to ensure they have an effective classroom experience.
